Comprehensive Meetings
Through a detailed questionnaire and a comprehensive 'get-to-know-you' meeting, our lead wedding coordinator will learn about your vision and understand where we’re needed most. We will follow up with a “Finalization Meeting” 2 weeks before your wedding to ensure we have all last minute changes included. And as always, communication through email is never limited.
Custom Online Planning Suite
You’ll get access to your custom planning portal which includes helpful planning guides, countdown checklists, budget sheets, seating chart organizer, RSVP and meal planning tracker and contracts organized all in one place.Contract Review
We look over your vendor contracts to ensure they cover the level of service you need for your wedding.Vendor Coordinator
We’ll make sure all your vendors have what they need for your big day and ensure the timeline is practical and on point.Timeline Creation
As we go over all your vendors and special highlights for your event we will create a customized timeline for your vendors and bridal party so everyone is on the same page.Rehearsal Coordination

Your lead coordinator + an assistant will be onsite to ensure your venue and vendors have a point person for all set up details and last minute action items that need to be attended to.Event Management
We make sure you’re not bombarded with putting out fires or being approached with endless questions. From setup to send off, we are onsite to ensure your day goes seamless. This includes your lead coordinator plus one assistant ensuring your design is executed with detail. All while confirming vendor check-in, timeline management, and venue check out.
