    Through a detailed questionnaire and a comprehensive 'get-to-know-you' experience, our Designer will curate a full-scale style board to create a visual impact from the moment your guests receive their invitation, to the experience they live throughout the reception.

  • Custom Online Planning Suite
    You’ll get access to your custom planning portal which includes helpful planning guides, countdown checklists, budget sheets, seating chart organizer, RSVP and meal planning tracker and our communication all in one place.

  • Vendor Sourcing
    Once the vision is finalized we start vetting and collaborating with the vendors that can bring your wedding design to life.

  • Contract Management
    We look over your vendor contracts to ensure you are getting the level of service you need for your wedding.

  • Logistics Planning
    Every nuance is carefully documented so all players are fully informed of their responsibilities and timeline expectations.

  • Timeline Creation
    As we go over all your vendors and special highlights for your event we will create a customized timeline both your rehearsal and wedding day for your vendors and bridal party so everyone is on the same page.

  • Rehearsal Coordination
    Working out all the awkward transitions of the ceremony to making sure you get that special special shot is the name of the game here. Whether you want traditional or something more true to you… we will make it look polished!

  • Event Set Up
    Your lead coordinator + an assistant will be onsite to ensure your venue and vendors have a point person for all set up details and last minute action items that need to be attended to.

  • Event Management
    From vendor check-in to timeline management and of course… running interference. We are your behind-the-scene coordinating ninjas.

  • This is the time to spill all the tea about your dream wedding. After we have an understanding of your needs, We'll provided you with a personalized quote and confirm our availability for your big day.

  • Once you've provided the deposit our first intensive 90 minute consult is scheduled where we get the nitty gritty details about your vision and preferences.

  • The best mental picture for this is the little man (or in this case, woman) behind the green curtain.

    We will be making the phone calls, emails, and visits to vendors to ensure everyone is kept in the loop and ready to go for your wedding.
