How Did We Get Here?

Knox + Rowe wasn’t built overnight. It started with a love for design, a talent for pulling together cohesive spaces, and an eye for the details that make people feel at home.

For years, I worked as an interior designer within my family’s construction company, helping clients create homes that felt both functional and beautiful. I loved the process—the way color, texture, and composition came together to tell a story.

Then something unexpected happened. Friends, family, and clients started asking me for help with their events—weddings, milestone birthdays, company parties. They wanted something beyond the ordinary. They wanted spaces that weren’t just beautiful, but intentional.

And that’s when it clicked.

Whether I was designing a room or an event, I was doing the same thing: creating spaces that bring people together.

Now, Knox + Rowe is where it all comes full circle. We offer both event design and interior design services, because we believe life’s most meaningful moments—big or small—deserve to be surrounded by thoughtful, beautiful design.

Our Mission: More Than Just Pretty Spaces

When we say, “We believe design should cultivate meaningful connections while showcasing a genuine reflection of you,” we mean it.

I saw a movie once where a family threw a Living Memorial—a celebration of someone’s life while they were still here to experience it. The idea stuck with me. Why wait to tell people how much they mean to us?

Behind the Name: Knox + Rowe

Yes I could have gone with a more literal name but you're about to get a glimpse into the ying and yang of my mind here…

Knox

So Knox is a double whammy for me. My life can be summed up to “ I will figure this out but it by sheer grit”. The saying “I learned from the school of hard knox” should be a tattoo on my body! The irony is I also ended up living on Knox Rd.

You can’t plan this stuff.

It’s a testament to tenacity and putting in the work. It reminds me that we’re made of some pretty strong stuff.

Rowe

Rowe is more straightforward. ROWE stands for Results Only Work Environment. It’s a business model that cuts all the emotion out and boils down to what it takes to succeed in business. It’s a bit ruthless I know. This is the perfectionist and people pleaser in me. At the end of the day, If we can’t deliver a stellar service, then why enter into the arena.
